
Information About Our SERVICES During These Challenging Times
WHAT TO EXPECT
Due to the most recent health mandate, we will ensure everyone's safety and the safety of others who are in attendance. We shall follow all safety guidelines for reopening God's church:

Chairs will be spaced out to allow for physical distancing.

All of our sanitation guidelines will remain the same (wearing masks, physical distancing, etc.)

All services will be live streamed if you are unable to attend in person.

What time will the services be?
-
Sunday School (All Ages) at 10:00 AM
-
Sunday Mornings at 11:00 AM
-
Children’s Church at 11:30 AM
-
Sunday Evenings at 5:00 PM
-
Wednesday Evenings at 7:00 PM
* All services will be livestreamed if you are unable to attend in person.
** An offering Box will be placed on the Welcome table.

Safety Guidelines for Reopening God's church
Should I wear a mask?

Yes. For those who 5 years old and above, we ask that you wear a face mask/covering.

Masks will be required when in the vicinity of non-family members. Please wear a mask to and from your seat.

We will have extra masks available for those who need them.

Is there anyone who should not come to our Church Services?
There are three questions to ask yourself before attending in person.
If you answer YES to any of these questions, we strongly encourage you to watch via livestream from home:

Have you experienced any of the following symptoms of COVID–19 in the past 14 days: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (over 100°F), chills, muscle pain, new loss of taste or smell?

Have you been in contact with anybody exhibiting the symptoms of COVID–19 within the last 14 days?
-
Have you had a fever of greater than 100°F in the past 48 hours?
How will the elderly and those at risk be protected?
If you are elderly, at increased risk, or concerned that you might be vulnerable, we recommend that you watch the service via livestream from home.
*People of any age with the following conditions are at increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19:

Cancer

Chronic kidney disease
-
COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)

Immunocompromised state (weakened immune system) from solid organ transplant

Obesity (body mass index [BMI] of 30 or higher)

Serious heart conditions, such as heart failure, coronary artery disease, or cardiomyopathies

Sickle cell disease
-
Type 2 diabetes mellitus
Can visitors attend?
Yes! Visitors in our community are always welcome to be special guests in our services. Of course, visitors and members alike will be expected to abide by our health and safety protocols.


What should I expect when attending?

In addition to a warm welcome and a spirit of excitement, everyone should expect some quick safety measures when entering:

Temperatures will be taken with a no-touch forehead thermometer to ensure no attendees have a temperature over 100°.

Be ready to confirm that you cannot answer yes to any of the three questions mentioned above.

Ushers will help you find appropriate seating.
-
Hand sanitizing stations will be available.
-
Physical distancing (6 feet apart) will be maintained.

Be sure to greet one another, but not by shaking hands or hugging.

Our cleaning crew will thoroughly sanitize seats after every service.
